Welcome and Orientation

What is in the Welcome Package?

There are two components to this introductory package. The first component involved the Physical and Fitness Assessments mentioned above and is conducted by a qualified trainer. Once the assessments are completed the trainer reviews the result of the assessment and creates a personalized workout card for you. The work out cards will be used during the second component of the package.

The second component involves a comprehensive induction conducted by a qualified trainer. The sessions are conducted following the working designed by your trainer.

This service is provided for individuals of all exercise levels, but especially for those unfamiliar with the fitness equipment in First Fitness Gym or need a refresher course on the fitness equipment.

How Long is a Fitness Orientation?

A Fitness Orientation will take approximately 45 minutes- 1 hour long and your paperwork must be completed prior to your appointment.

How should I dress?

Please wear correct work out attire to your Fitness Orientation and every time you are using the gym. The correct attire is for your protection and comfort, as well as the comfort of others using the gym.
